1. PVP.trade (socialfi perp-trading)

pvp.trade is a Telegram bot for leveraged perpetual trading on Hyperliquid that wrapped ordinary leverage trading in a trader vs trader PvP/arena brand with live tournaments across 2024-2025, then rugged and went dead by ~2026.

image1.png

example -> using influencers (even without onboarding them) in a battle format against each other, with viral material layered on top (video / clip / AI image)

image10.png

Examples'the final showdown.' put two loud CT names on opposite sides of one live battle. tweet: '@name vs @name. equal $600K, five tokens each, one captain, no liquidation. 48 hours, one deck left standing takes the belt. live now.' layer a fight poster AI image on top with a tale of the tape on both decks.

no onboarding needed version, QT two of them mid beef: 'you two have argued for a week about who reads the market better. five picks each, equal budget, no liquidation. settle it in the arena wednesday. we host, we clip it.'

battle-royale tournaments with prizes, as a light form of audience engagement that also grows your own "loyal" influencers

image12.png

Examples'the Gauntlet, season 1.' recap tweet: '96 drafters in. six rounds. one deck left standing. @name is your first Warlord and takes the ring. equal budgets every round, no liquidation, no luck to hide behind. this is how you make a name here.' + a 60 second elimination recap clip.

crown the winner as a face to keep the rivalry alive: 'meet your champion. @name walked into the Gauntlet ranked Bronze nine days ago and walked out with the ring. new seats open sunday. who is taking it off him?'

gamification into an MMORPG format, NPCs, an arena, no traders or users, everyone is a player, breaking out of the standard perp frame

image24.png
image16.png

Examplesrecurring lore rubric, reskinned from mysticism to skill: 'drafter's codex 4:12. the chart owes you nothing. the person across the table owes you a fight. equal budgets, no liquidation, sharper deck wins.'

players not users, every update framed as entering the world: 'welcome to the arena. we don't have users here, we have drafters. an NPC grinds the market solo. a drafter picks five, names a captain, and takes a real person on an equal budget. pick your side of the table.'

sustaining rivalry with rewards, and clans

Examplesclan rivalry callout: 'new crew in the arena and they've got motion. @clanname just put four drafters in the top 20 and they're hunting #1.' QT the crew's own line: 'we're taking every seat at the top, screenshot this.' then to the current #1: 'your belt has a target on it now.'

sustain it with a season and a status reward, not cash: 'clan wars, season 1. two crews, one #1 seat, a full season of battles. the winning clan takes the banner and the arena remembers who held it. there is no neutral seat, pick one.'

2. Euphoria (tap-trading game)

A gamified trading app on MegaETH: trading reduced to a single tap, with the whole account built around a weekly live 1v1 and a named flagship tournament.

positioning through a single verb, "tap," which they push as identity

image4.png

Examplesremember, one draft can change everything.

positioning against an invented complex enemy, by contrast: here, against a complex trading-desk UX/UI

image15.png

Examplesname the enemy the way euphoria named "Big Boring": ours is the solo chart. "a market without an opponent is just a chart. draft a deck, pull up a real person, and find out who can actually read it." creative: drafters sat in a circle around the table, the whole market watching one 1v1.

a weekly 1v1 rubric: every week the champion calls out a challenger (including with video)

image28.png

ExamplesBattle of the Week: the belt holder calls out one challenger. "you really think your deck beats mine? wednesday, equal $600K, one deck each, no liquidation. prove it." + a short callout clip from the champ.

again, a battle-royale tournament as the flagship (it leads on reach, which confirms the hypothesis) + recap

image14.png

Exampleslaunch: "The Gauntlet is live. 96 drafters, single elim, 6 rounds, one Warlord walks out. season 1 starts monday." · recap: "Gauntlet S1 done. 96 in, 1 left standing. @winner ran his captain wire to wire, never dropped a round. best deck +182%. S2 seats open sunday."

technical complexity hidden under the hood for a plain gaming UI

image6.png

Examples"you don't need to know what a TWAP is. pick 5 tokens, name your captain, beat the other guy. the math runs itself." keep the mechanics in draft school, not the main feed.

3. Fomo (social trading app)

A mobile social trading app "for the rest of us" (backed by Benchmark), built on fee-comparison cards versus named giants, celebrating top traders by name, and an organic UGC flywheel with zero paid KOLs.

One line = who it's for and who it's against. Like Drafts: "crypto as a sport" is our line (sport, not trading; not a casino), an identity line: "trading creators will be made on fomo" + bio "for the rest of us."

image19.png

Examplesbio + identity line: "crypto as a sport." not a casino, not a terminal, not a solo bet, you draft a deck and you beat a person. · "the next great traders won't be discovered. they'll be drafted."

heavy weight on UI to onboard normies into a niche that isn't native to them (perps, memes), while still charging high fees relative to pro terminals (gmgn) but low relative to the classic channels normies use

image7.png

Examplessteal their comparison-card format, swap the axis from price to mechanic: a "same market, two games" card, Polymarket, you take a yes/no position solo; Drafts, you draft a deck and outplay a person, equal budgets, no liquidation.

the product as a place where you make a name. Tweets: "make a name, do it on fomo" + a weekly winner.

image23.png

Examples"Drafter of the Week: @name ran Bronze to Diamond in 9 days, 21-4 on the ladder. this is where you make your name." named every week, tied to rank and record, never to PnL.

larp-bloating the app: fomo inflated its user metrics to 500-600k, positioned itself as an app that onboards new people, until it genuinely became a unified social trading app for normies with tiktok/insta-style onboarding

image11.png

Examplestake the "on-ramp for new people" framing, drop the fake counts (we never touch the seeded $76.6M): "you don't need a thesis or a terminal. pick 5 tokens you'd back, lock a captain, read the other guy better than he reads you. that's the whole barrier."

verifying influencer wallets through partnerships with them (the influencer gains through EL + followers), giving one convenient source to follow a favorite influencer's trades

Examplesverified drafter profiles: follow a top drafter's live decks and battle record in one place. they bring the audience, you get to study the craft, not copy the trade. "watch how a Warlord actually builds a deck."

@seyong as the ideal example of a founder running the twitter

4. Fact machine (opinion markets)

factmachine is a tiny opinion/prediction-markets product on Solana (~3.9k followers) that punches far above its size using a fictional media brand (FNN, Fact News Network), a recurring 'New Market: X' rubric, and deadpan-absurd humor.

Easy beta onboarding thanks to fake money. In beta you could get a free deposit and cash it out at a rate of $10k -> $100. This was framed as a testnet (or the virtual money could be swapped for prizes that also carried the identity, e.g. a fact machine signet ring), and because of it twitter filled up with screenshots of people winning hundreds of thousands on fact machine, which drove interest in the platform

Examplesreskin the win-screenshot flywheel from money to rank. onboarding line: 'free virtual entry, equal budgets, no deposit, no liquidation. draft 5, name your captain, beat a real person. worst case you drop rank, never money.' then seed the shots: 'screenshot the climb, not a balance. Bronze to Diamond, 9 days, 21-4. the drafters flooding the timeline with rank runs are the whole reason you clicked.' the status prize echoes the factmachine signet ring: top of the season gets a real Drafts ring, not a payout.

The core product unit = the rubric. Tweets: "New Market: Can Money Buy Happiness?" + "New Market: Epstein - Trump or Clinton?" Viral and offbeat: absurd events and markets inside the platform become the virality driver themselves

image13.png

Examplesour version of New Market: X, where the battle itself is the daily post. 'New Battle: my deck vs yours. equal budgets, one captain each, no liquidation, 3 minutes. drop your 5 in the replies and we settle it in the arena.' alt rubric on slow days: 'Draft this: 5 tokens, one captain, next 3 minutes. best deck in the replies takes it. no thesis, no charts, just pick and prove.'

Wrapped a tiny product in a media network with episodes and shows, so it looks bigger. Like Drafts: a recurring "arena broadcast" (battle previews, recaps like a sports desk). (Same at PVP.trade.) A fictional brand world. Tweet: "FNN - The Voice of the People"

image25.png

Exampleswrap the arena in a fake broadcast network the way factmachine wrapped itself in FNN. launch a nightly desk: 'introducing Ringside, the nightly desk of the arena. tale of the tape, deck breakdowns, live battle calls. a whole broadcast for a game that lasts 3 minutes.' staging note: two anchors, tale of the tape on both drafters, then cut live to the 1v1.

a seasons system with prizes and points (convertible to money) (cheap branded IRL prizes), to build traction and later onboard VCs.

Examplesseasons where the points are rank, not a cash balance. 'Season 1 is live. every battle moves one number, your rank. finish on top of the ladder before it closes and a real Drafts ring ships to your door. status, not a payout.' second beat: 'new season, clean ladder, everyone reset to equal budgets. nothing to cash out, just a rank to defend and a ring to take.'

The mechanic = free virtual entry + real payouts and prizes + a seasonal leaderboard. It gives barrier-free onboarding and a UGC flywheel (people share their wins). We already have this in hand. Reskin it: people share not "$114k" but "climbed to Diamond," "took down a champion," "won the Gauntlet." Plus a branded trophy (a Drafts ring or badge, like the pvp championship ring) as status, not money. Sell the equal virtual entry as "no risk, pure skill."

image20.png

Examplesstate the whole loop and reskin what people share. 'the loop: free entry, equal budgets, draft, beat a person, climb the season, then screenshot it. made Diamond, 19-3. no dollar figure anywhere.' UGC driver that starts the flywheel: 'post your sharpest deck of the week. best one gets a Drafts ring, not a bag. this is where you make your name, by record.'

Weekly cash rewards + a seasonal leaderboard: early web access, compete for weekly payouts, build a profile, climb through the season

Examplesearly access plus a weekly title instead of a weekly payout. 'early access is open. every week a belt is on the line at Battle of the Week, a profile to build, a season to climb. you never cash out, you rank up. Bronze now, Warlord by close.' add: 'come for one battle, stay for the ladder. weekly belt, seasonal leaderboard, a drafter profile that remembers every win.'

Creative viral prizes

image30.png

Examplescreative branded objects instead of cash, the factmachine signet-ring and silver-bar energy reskinned to status gear. 'season prizes are not cash, they are objects. a Drafts signet ring for the champ, dog tags stamped with your record, a physical belt for the weekly holder. you win things you wear, not things you withdraw.' offbeat one: 'the season Warlord gets a ring engraved with their exact record. one per season, you cannot buy it, you can only take it in the arena.'

5. PRED (sports prediction trading)

PRED (@predofficial) is a sports prediction trading platform on Base, backed by Accel and Coinbase Ventures, that hung its entire launch on the FIFA World Cup 2026 under the one-verb identity Trade the Game.

event-anchoring: they hung the entire launch on a live mega-event, the FIFA World Cup 2026, instead of creating a wave from scratch they rode one that already existed, hence monster reach on a single post (16.8k likes, 112k views). for us: hang our spikes on live crypto events instead of posting into a vacuum

image17.png

Examplesevent-anchoring: dont post into a vacuum, ride a live crypto catalyst (a big listing, a fat unlock, a memecoin ripping, an ETF or FOMC headline) with a battle CTA timed to the spike. on a listing day: 'the whole timeline is watching todays listing. dont just watch it move. draft 5 off todays board, name your captain, take a real person on it. equal budgets, no liquidation, better deck wins.' recurring mirror line, same energy as the world cup is on base: 'todays market is the arena. draft it.'

one-verb identity, "Trade the Game," exactly like euphoria with "tap," pushed everywhere -> for us it's draft/battle, "you don't watch the market, you battle it"

image21.png

Examplesone-verb identity: own one line and put it on everything (bio, header, every recap, every clip). PRED pushed trade the game, euphoria pushed tap, we push draft and battle: 'you dont watch the market, you battle it.' short variant under battle clips: 'draft it. battle it. climb.'

a live match result driven straight into a CTA: USA beats Australia 2-0 -> trade the group winners. for us: turn any live market move into "build a deck and beat your opponent right now"

image29.png

Exampleslive move driven straight into a CTA: take any real market move, state it hard, then push into a battle. 'eth didnt just green today. it outran every major on the board. thats the difference between watching and drafting. build a deck, name your captain, beat a real person on it right now. no liquidation, skill decides.' one post per clean move, always ending in build a deck and battle a person.

a bracket contest with a prize and a deadline as light engagement plus fomo: fill the whole playoff bracket, a share of a $10k pool, call the exact final score for 5x, brackets lock at the deadline -> a direct analog of our Gauntlet, except for us it's the core

image22.png

Examplesthe Gauntlet is our native bracket, so we run PREDs fill-the-bracket fomo as the real thing, not a prediction: '96 drafters. single elim. 6 rounds. one belt. draft your deck, beat your opponent, advance a round. lose once and youre out, no re-entry. the Gauntlet bracket locks wednesday, next seat opens next season. claim yours.' light side game, reskinning the exact-score 5x from cash to status: 'before round one, call who lifts the belt. nail it and you get flagged on the live bracket all tournament.'

chaptered seasons with a recap and a reward: "World Cup Chapter 3 complete, $2000 to the top trader, Chapter 4 coming bigger" -> like PVP, like fact machine

image9.png

Exampleschaptered seasons with a recap and a reward, reward reskinned from USDC to rank and the belt: 'Season 3 is a wrap. @name ran Bronze to Warlord in 19 days, 23-5 on the ladder, and took the belt off @prevchamp. upsets, heartbreak, one champion left standing. Season 4 opens monday, bigger bracket, ranks reset, climb again.' mirrors PREDs chapter complete plus coming bigger, but the prize is status, never a payout.

an infra thesis + credibility to onboard VCs and build trust: "sports is a huge market, platforms weren't built for live sports, latency, execution and liquidity matter, we're sports-native from scratch" + $5M beta volume, 100k trades, 86% retention, backed by Accel and Coinbase Ventures

image8.png

Examplesinfra thesis plus credibility, real traction only: 'crypto turned every trade into a solo bet against a chart or the house. nobody built the version where you actually beat a person. equal budgets, no liquidation, your deck vs theirs, skill decides the winner. we built Drafts PvP-native from the ground up, not a terminal with a leaderboard bolted on.' credibility block plugs in ONLY verified numbers (real battles played, real drafters, real head-to-head retention) and real backers when public. hard rule: never cite the seeded site figures (76.6M, 114K battles) as traction.

6. Sleeper (fantasy sports app)

Sleeper (SleeperHQ) is a fantasy sports app whose 279k-follower account runs almost entirely on first-person emotional memes about the pain and joy of competition, zero product features, the single most viral reference in our bank at 10-27k likes and up to 4.9M views.

the whole account is first-person emotional memes about the pain and joy of competition, zero product features, and it's the most viral format of all our references (10-27k likes, up to 4.9M views) -> for us: run a separate emotional layer, "your BTC captain when the deck needs him most," "POV: you're one round from the Gauntlet final"

image18.png

Examplescolon-setup emotion memes, zero product, reads to anyone who ever lost at anything. 'when your captain flatlines the exact second the battle goes live:' + reaction clip. or 'me explaining my deck was actually better, i just ran into the one guy who drafted a perfect deck:' + a clip of someone coping mid-meltdown.

event-driven, not scheduled: they latch onto whatever's live in sports right now (NFL in season, the World Cup now), spiking during game moments and going quiet on dead days -> for us: react with a meme to live battles and market moments as they happen, not by calendar

image5.png

Examplesreact to whatever the market is doing live, never on a schedule. green day, post it while it rips: 'market pumping and the one token you left off your deck is leading the entire board. every time:' + reaction clip. red day, post it while it bleeds: 'everything red today and i just need to bleed slower than the guy across the table:'

a recurring template on whatever hits: "[player] when my team needs him most," run week after week, recognizable -> for us, "[token] when my deck needs him most," "your captain when the match is on the line"

image27.png

Examplesthe recurring template, run it every week and swap the token to whatever is live: '[token] captain with the whole battle on the line:' + a hero-walks-in clip. fills: '$btc captain when the deck needs him most:' one week, '$sol captain with my Gauntlet run on the line:' the next. flip it for the pain version: 'my captain the one round i actually needed him:' + a clip of a guy tripping over nothing.

they sell emotion, not product: "me acting like i don't care so my players actually score," "how it feels watching your dropped player have a career year on someone else's roster" -> reskin: "how it feels watching the token you dropped pump on someone else's deck"

image26.png

Examplespure emotion, no feature in sight. 'me acting like i dont care who wins this battle so my captain finally does something:'. and 'watching the token you cut go nuclear for the guy who knocked you out of the Gauntlet:'

II. Running the socials

image2.png

Benchmark:

4-6 originals a week on the brand account + daily replies. Not a uniform daily stream, but a bundle built around a spine.

the base is one named live event, Battle of the Week (1v1) or a Gauntlet session: promo early in the week (the champion calls out a challenger) -> live on the set day -> a recap with stats after. the euphoria tap battle + pvp last man standing model. this is what pulls reach.

Conversion object:

the shared viral object between socials and the landing is the personalized "check your rank" score card. every post funnels to the site, and the card is what people screenshot and share, so it is the handoff point between content and conversion. the landing is built around it, so each post should push into it.

Rubrics:

arena moments (the core of the feed): battle preview, live battle card, winner recap, "how this deck won," clutch captain pick, leaderboard movement. one per battle or event

winner/rank (1 a week, fixed day): "Drafter of the Week," a Bronze->Warlord rank promo, "make your name on Drafts." a tagline about rank and skill, not money

serious bizdev is needed to build a real socialfi layer, which is only possible by onboarding influencers (the fomo example)

emotional memes (the viral layer, sleeper model, 1-2 a week + reactive): "your BTC captain when the deck needs him most," "POV: you're a round from the Gauntlet final," but it has to read even to people not yet onboarded

New Battle / Draft this (a cheap daily hook, factmachine model): "New Battle: A vs B," "Draft this: 5 tokens for 3 minutes, drop them in the replies." almost every day

draft school (1-2 a week, weekdays): mechanics in plain language, captain 2x, DeckPnL, TWAP, tie-breaks, "bad deck vs good deck"

market as sport / anti-positioning (periodically): "trading is solo, drafting is PvP," a "Polymarket vs Drafts" card on the same market (they bet yes/no against the house, you build a deck and beat a person)

trust/integrity (rarely): equal budgets, no liquidation, TWAP, provably fair, "fantasy sports not gambling" as a flex post

lore / arena world (recurring, pvp model): a drafter's codex, the rank ladder as a journey, rivalries and clans between drafters

milestone / ship-log (event-based): features, real beta traction. ONLY real numbers, we don't drag in the seeded $76.6M

video / cinematic: very important right now, the video meta plus the algo supports it, and AI makes it fast to produce

III. What not to post, and how to do it and communicate

image3.png

Bans (words and frames):

no "easy money," passive yield, guaranteed rewards, "bet up or down," casino, gamble on charts, copy winners, AI trading, earn while you sleep, "get liquidated," leverage/20x, "trade the outcome" -> all of it pulls toward casino and leverage, exactly what we're breaking away from

don't cite the site's seeded numbers ($76.6M rewards, 114K battles) as real social proof, study the fomo case where their metrics got exposed. when we don't have the number yet, lean on scarcity (invite codes left, waves) instead of a fake count

tone bans: corporate fintech, casino-bro, generic alpha account, overexplained legalese, DeFi APY farm, empty esports slang with no mechanic

the site's hardcore (WARLORD, PREDATOR, THIS IS WAR) is seasoning at most, not the thesis, too gated an entry, it blocks retail onboarding (for a plain normie it's cringe to call yourself a warrior)

reply bans: "thanks for your feedback," "exciting things coming," "stay tuned," "we're building the future of finance," "join our community," defensive legalese

How to do it (the working loop):

signal -> angle -> format -> publish -> reply -> recycle: a live market event / a battle result / a meta shift -> turn it into a thesis or matchup logic -> a format (battle card / thread / meme / explainer / recap) -> publish -> react in the replies -> the next piece is born from the reactions and outcomes. the goal: users and battles become the content themselves, not just the brand account posting

how to pick topics: latch onto live crypto events (event-anchoring, like PRED on the World Cup), onto battle outcomes, onto conversations about PM / perps / trenches

how to use references: steal the form, reskin the substance into skill and PvP, not money and gambling -> steal the craft, reskin the substance

address people as "drafters/players," not "traders/users," and police the same pair everywhere: battle not trade, rank not PnL -> it holds the sport frame (the pvp/seyong model)

IV. Visual direction

Social visuals reuse this world: battle cards, deck cards, captain highlight, versus layouts, bracket snapshots, rank badges, leaderboard screens, "winning deck" breakdowns, dark UI captures from the product.

Avoid: generic token charts as the main visual, stock esports imagery, casino chips, roulette, slots, DeFi-dashboard aesthetics, a founder headshot by default.

Reference-grade visuals: pvp.trade battle and ring visuals plus arena lore, competitive-ladder rank badges and matchup cards, Euphoria event visuals. For prestige moments (research, reports), aim at the production level of Stripe Press and Paradigm.
